To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Henan Yinghua Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly complied with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association" and "Work System for Independent Directors." I have upheld professional ethics, fulfilled my duties of loyalty and diligence, independently and objectively exercised decision-making and supervisory powers, actively attended meetings of the Company's board of directors, special committees, and shareholder meetings, fully played the role of an independent director, and effectively protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. (I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions of Independent Director
I am Wang Huohong, a Chinese national, born in October 1977. I hold a bachelor's degree, am a senior accountant and a certified tax agent, and am recognized as a leading accountant in Hangzhou and an international high-end accounting talent in Zhejiang Province. I have served as Financial Manager of Jiangsu Shuangdeng Paper Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer of Zhejiang Dashengda Packaging Co., Ltd. Since December 2017, I have been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zhejiang Dashengda Packaging Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director of the Company since May 2022.
