As an independent director of Zhejiang Jiuli Hi-Tech Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly adhered to the requirements of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Articles of Association," and the Company's "Work Regulations for Independent Directors." I have diligently performed my duties and obligations as an independent director. During the reporting period, I actively participated in the Company's board meetings, board special committee meetings, and related meetings, conscientiously reviewed various proposals, expressed professional opinions in accordance with the law, and effectively fulfilled the supervisory and decision-making functions of an independent director, playing a role in promoting the Company's standardized operations and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all shareholders. During the reporting period, my position met the independence requirements stipulated in Article 6 of the "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and there were no circumstances affecting my independence.
My personal information is as follows: Zhao Zhiyi, born in October 1962, Chinese national, PhD, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. I have served as an Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer, and Associate Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and as Deputy Dean and Dean of the School of Higher Engineering. I am currently an independent director of this Company.
