As an independent director of Zhejiang Jiuli Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the requirements of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Articles of Association," and the Company's "Independent Director Work Regulations." With the principles of objectivity, fairness, and independence, I have diligently performed my duties, fully utilized the role of independent director and members of relevant special committees, promoted the Company's standardized operations, and effectively protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. During the reporting period, my position met the independence requirements stipulated in Article 6 of the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and there were no circumstances affecting my independence.
My personal information is as follows: Chai Xiaoyan, male, born in December 1962, Chinese nationality, with no overseas residency. I am a member of the Communist Party of China, hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, and am a senior engineer. I have served as Director of the Research Center for Power Station Welding and Maintenance Technology at Suzhou Thermal Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., Supervisor and Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Management Department at China Nuclear Huaxing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Supervisor at CGN Testing Technology Co., Ltd., Leader of the Nuclear Power Industrial Park Promotion Working Group at China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Branch of China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of East China Branch of China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd., and Party Committee Member and Spokesperson for China General Nuclear Power Group Cangnan Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. I am currently an independent director of this Company.
