Zhejiang Jiuli High-Tech Co., Ltd. Internal Review System for Interactive Platform Information Release and Responses (Formulated April 2026)
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To standardize the management of information release and question responses on the interactive platform of Zhejiang Jiuli High-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), establish a good communication mechanism between the Company and investors, and enhance the Company's governance level, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association" of the Company, as well as the Company's actual situation.
Article 2 For the purpose of these Measures, the "Interactive Platform" refers to the voluntary, interactive information release and investor relations management comprehensive network platform built by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for listed companies and investors.
Chapter 2 General Requirements
Article 3 When releasing information and responding to investor inquiries on the interactive platform, the Company shall emphasize integrity, respect and treat all investors equally, actively strengthen communication with investors, enhance investors' understanding and recognition of the Company, and foster a healthy and good market ecosystem.
