My name is Mao Lingxiao, with a bachelor's degree and a senior title of lawyer (Level 1). I have served as a section chief in the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice, a full-time lawyer at Jiangsu International Economic and Trade Law Firm, a senior partner and director at Jiangsu Lingxiao Law Firm, a senior partner at Jiangsu Jinding Law Firm, a senior partner and director at Jiangsu Tianzhe Law Firm, and a full-time lawyer, senior partner, and executive director at Beijing Zhong Yin (Nanjing) Law Firm. I am currently an independent director of the Company, a full-time lawyer, senior partner, and chairman of the partnership meeting at Beijing Haotian (Nanjing) Law Firm, and an independent director of Hecheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
