Report on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm for 2025
Jiangsu Yanghe Distillery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxi") as its financial reporting and internal control audit institution for 2025. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Engagement of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated Zhongxi's performance during the 2025 audit. Based on the evaluation, the Company believes that Zhongxi's qualifications are compliant and effective, its performance maintains independence, it is diligent and responsible, and it has expressed a fair opinion. (II) Practice Records
- Basic Information Engagement Partner and Signing Certified Public Accountant: Gong Zhaoping, became a certified public accountant in 2004. He has successively engaged in audit services for listed companies, IPO applications, government investment and financing platforms, central enterprises, and large state-owned enterprises, possessing professional competence and no concurrent positions. He began auditing listed companies in 2010, began practicing at this firm in 2024, and started providing audit services to the Company in 2024.
