Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery Joint Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (hereinafter referred to as the "Audit Committee"), in accordance with the "Guidelines on Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accountant Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Company Self-regulation Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Company Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations and requirements, has conscientiously performed its duties with diligence and responsibility. (I) Basic Information of the Accountant Firm

Zhongxi Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was established in Beijing on November 28, 2013, with its registered address at Room 1101, 11th Floor, 11 Chongwenmenwai Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. As of the end of 2025, the chief partner is Zhang Zenggang, with 102 partners and 431 certified public accountants, of whom 324 have signed audit reports for securities service businesses. Zhongxi's total business revenue in 2025 was RMB 449 million, of which audit business revenue was RMB 384 million.
