Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To standardize the management of information release and responses on the Interactive Easy platform of Shenzhen Shilian Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), establish a good communication mechanism between the Company and investors, and continuously improve corporate governance, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Regulations on the Management of Information Disclosure by Listed Companies," "Guidelines for Investor Relations Management of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules," "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 for Listed Companies on the Main Board," "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 for Listed Companies," and relevant provisions of the "Articles of Association of Shenzhen Shilian Group Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "the Articles of Association"), combined with the actual situation of the Company.
Article 2
The term "Interactive Easy platform" refers to the comprehensive network platform established by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for voluntary, interactive information release and investor relations management between listed companies and investors, serving as a beneficial supplement to the statutory information disclosure of listed companies.
Chapter 2 Overall Requirements
Article 3
Management of the Interactive Easy platform is an important part of the Company's investor relations management. The Company shall adhere to the principle of integrity when releasing information and responding to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform, strictly comply with laws, regulations, normative documents, and the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, respect and treat all investors equally, actively enhance communication with investors, and improve investors' understanding and recognition of the Company, thereby creating a healthy market ecology.
Article 4
When releasing information or responding to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform, the Company shall be cautious, rational, and objective, basing its actions on facts, ensuring that the released information and responses are true, accurate, complete, and fair. The Company's information disclosure shall be based on the content disclosed through designated information disclosure media and shall not disclose any undisclosed significant information through the Interactive Easy platform. Information released or responded to on the Interactive Easy platform must not conflict with information that is legally disclosed.
