The real estate agency sales services The real estate agency sales services use the Internet and digital technology to build a unified data center for “Big Transaction”, to restructure the real estate sales sites, strengthening customer operating capabilities and reducing overall marketing costs for developers, and improves transaction efficiency accordingly. 2. “Internet +” business The company's “Internet +” business complies with developers' demand for integrated online and offline omni-channel marketing, creating a unique industry-specific three-party management platform for developers, channels, and companies. 3. Financial business Our financial business is positioned as a value-added business of "Big Transaction" and "Big Asset Management". It mainly provides post-transaction financing convenience for customers of "Big Transaction" present. (2) "Big Asset Management" returns to asset-light operating and focus on professional service capabilities. Our “Big Asset Management” business assists government and business customers in consulting, leasing, space operating and urban asset management services for various industrial properties and public facilities in the city, including office buildings, industrial parks, urban public spaces, public facilities, construction and implementation, and so on. 1. Urban asset management business Our urban asset management business assists government and business customers to provide property management, urban public facility management,comprehensive facility management and diversified value-added services for various industrial properties, urban spaces and public facilities. 2.Space operating business Our space operating business assists property owners or holders in the operation and decoration services of industrial and commercial properties, apartment and hotels. 3. Consulting business Since the start of consulting business, we has been committed to helping clients solve problems encountered in urban development. Supporting by "Big Transaction" and "Big Asset Management" business, the consulting business actively plays the role of "hook" and "port", altering serving modes and improving capabilities in arears of urban public space, public construction facilities, theme area development, industrial development and leasing, office buildings and industrial parks, cultural tourism and new-form properties, asset evaluation and enhancement, etc. 4.Leasing business Based on national layout and “Little Dinosaur” online commercial building platform, we assist government and business customers to explore diversified leasing services for new urbans and new districts, industry parks, commercial buildings and so on.
