Given that the term of the Sixth Board of Directors of Dalian Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is about to expire, the Company convened the eleventh meeting of the Third Congress of Employee Representatives on May 14, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the "Articles of Association". Through a secret ballot election by all participating employee representatives, Mr. Sun Fujun was elected as an employee director of the Seventh Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Sun Fujun will form the Seventh Board of Directors together with the directors elected at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 18, 2026. The term of office for Mr. Sun Fujun shall commence from the date of approval by the 2025 Annual General Meeting and end on the expiration of the term of the Seventh Board of Directors.
