(hereinafter referred to as "Huatian Electronics Group"), disclosed the "Brief Report on Changes in Equity of Tianshui Huatian Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "the Previous Equity Change Report") on November 5, 2021. As of November 4, 2021, Huatian Electronics Group held 676,172,455 shares of the Company, accounting for 21.10% of the total share capital after lending 20,300,000 shares through a securities lending business. At the same time, the actual controllers, Xiao Shengli, Xiao Zhicheng, and 13 other individuals, held 1,340,346 shares, accounting for 0.04% of the total share capital. Together, Huatian Electronics Group and the actual controllers held a total of 677,512,801 shares, accounting for 21.14% of the total share capital.
Since the Previous Equity Change Report until the date of this announcement, the changes in the number of shares held by Huatian Electronics Group are as follows:
- As of June 30, 2022, Huatian Electronics Group completed its securities lending plan and reclaimed all lent shares, holding 696,472,455 shares, accounting for 21.73% of the total share capital.
- From August 2, 2022, to January 31, 2023, Huatian Electronics Group increased its holdings by 6,097,087 shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, raising its total to 702,569,542 shares.
- From October 24, 2023, to April 23, 2024, Huatian Electronics Group further increased its holdings by 21,204,966 shares, bringing the total to 723,774,508 shares.
