Recently, the Company received a statement from Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Junan") regarding the change of continuous supervision sponsoring representatives for Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. Guotai Junan is the sponsoring institution for the Company's non-public issuance of shares in 2022, with Mr. Cheng Tao and Mr. Xu Guoli serving as the continuous supervision sponsoring representatives. The statutory continuous supervision period is until December 31, 2023. Since the funds raised from this non-public issuance have not yet been fully utilized, Guotai Junan still needs to conduct special supervision on the remaining use of the raised funds.
