Shenzhen Shiyida Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is changing its accounting policies in accordance with the requirements of the "Accounting Standards Interpretation No. 20" (Cai Kuai [2026] No. 7) issued by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Ministry of Finance") on June 4, 2026. This change will not materially affect the Company's financial position, operating results, and cash flows.
On August 7, 2026, the Company held the second meeting of the Eighth Audit Committee and the second meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors, and approved the "Proposal on Changes to Accounting Policies".
