Shenzhen Antarctic E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its annual shareholders' meeting in 2025, which approved the proposal on the use of idle self-owned funds to purchase wealth management products. The chairman was authorized to approve the use of temporarily idle self-owned funds from the Company and its subsidiaries for purchasing wealth management products, with a limit of RMB 1.8 billion.
