Nanjing E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is in litigation with Shanghai Xinhengzhao Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Xinhengzhao") regarding the "Trademark License Service Contract."
