I. Overview of Related Party Transactions
Yuan Guang Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") Honorary Chairman Mr. Chen Lihao is the founder of the Company. For over thirty years, he has led all colleagues in the Company to adhere to independent innovation, seize development opportunities, and lead the Company's development with rich industry experience, innovative spirit, and forward-thinking. The Company's Board of Directors requires Mr. Chen Lihao to "continue to provide guidance and assistance for all aspects of the Company's work from a conceptual and ideological perspective, ensuring the Company's sustained, healthy, and stable development." Specifically, he will guide the Company's brand and corporate culture, securities and legal affairs, ESG, and regulatory management. The Company has determined that the remuneration for Honorary Chairman Mr. Chen Lihao for the year 2026 will be RMB 720,000 per year (pre-tax). The Company will bear the actual expenses incurred by the Honorary Chairman for attending company meetings, participating in company affairs, and representing the Company in social activities.
