(Stock Code: 002063.SZ, referred to as "the Company") is a major provider of information technology, products and services regarding corporate management, energy interconnection, and social services in China, and its controlling shareholder is State Grid Digital Technology Holding Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid. Headquartered in Beijing and Zhuhai, the Company has 17 subsidiaries and 35 branches across China, with three R&D centers, one post-doctoral research station, five cutting-edge technology labs, and one provincial-level technology center. During over three decades of IT-based corporate management for large groups, the Company offers core products and services including digital enterprise, intelligent energy, innovative IT application platforms, and social connectivity.
