Report on the Evaluation of the Accounting Firm's Performance in 2025
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" of Yuanguang Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors has evaluated the performance of Zhitong Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhitong") in 2025. The evaluation concluded that Zhitong's qualifications are compliant and effective, its performance maintains independence, it has been diligent and responsible, and has provided fair audit opinions. The specific report is as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm in 2025
- Basic Information Zhitong was established in 1981, with its registered address at the 5th Floor, Scitech Tower, 22 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Its chief partner is Mr. Li Huiqi, and it holds a practicing certificate for accounting firms issued by the Ministry of Finance. As of the end of 2025, Zhitong had nearly 6,000 employees, including 244 partners and 1,361 certified public accountants. Over 400 certified public accountants have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
In 2024, Zhitong's business revenue was RMB 2.614 billion, of which audit business revenue was RMB 2.103 billion and securities business revenue was RMB 0.482 billion. In 2024, it served 297 listed companies as audit clients for annual reports, primarily in the manufacturing industry; information transmission, software, and information technology services industry; wholesale and retail trade; electricity, heat, gas, and water production and supply industry; and transportation, warehousing, and postal services industry, with a total audit fee of RMB 386 million. In 2024, it served 166 listed companies as audit clients for annual reports, primarily in the manufacturing industry; information transmission, software, and information technology services industry; scientific research and technical services industry; wholesale and retail trade; culture, sports, and entertainment industry; and leasing and business services industry, with an audit fee of RMB 41.5624 million. It served 29 audit clients in the same industry as the Company.
