Yuan Guang Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has reasonably forecasted the daily related transactions that are expected to occur in 2026 with related parties State Grid Corporation of China and its subsidiaries, State Grid Digital Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "State Grid Digital Technology") and its subsidiaries, State Power Investment Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Guodian Power Development") and its subsidiaries (excluding State Grid Digital Technology and its subsidiaries, the same below), and Guodian Power Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guodian Power Development") and its subsidiaries. The projected amount of daily related transactions with the above-mentioned related parties in 2026 is RMB 212,200 million. From January to November 2025, the total amount of daily related transactions actually incurred by the Company with the above-mentioned related parties was RMB 145,722.22 million.
The determination of the projected amount of daily related transactions for 2026 is based on the Company's historical transaction situation and its 2026 operational plan.
