Far East Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 19th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on July 9, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on Cancelling Part of the Stock Options of the 2021 Stock Option Incentive Plan." In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company's "2021 Stock Option Incentive Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Incentive Plan" or "this Incentive Plan") and the "Management Measures for the Implementation and Assessment of the 2021 Stock Option Incentive Plan (Revised Draft)," due to 38 incentive recipients resigning for personal reasons, 10 incentive recipients achieving partial vesting for the second exercise period, and the company's 2024 performance not meeting the performance assessment requirements for the third exercise period at the company level, the Company will cancel a total of 14,697,933 unexercised stock options granted to 629 incentive recipients.
