Progress Announcement on Using Temporarily Idle Own Funds to Purchase Principal-Protected Wealth Management Products

Nanjing Port Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") held the Eighth Board of Directors' Fifth Meeting of 2025 on September 24, 2025, and the Fourth Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 2025 on October 13, 2025. The proposal "Proposal on Using Temporarily Idle Own Funds to Purchase Principal-Protected Wealth Management Products" was deliberated and approved. It was agreed that the Company, while ensuring normal production and operation and effective risk control, would use no more than RMB 500 million of temporarily idle own funds to purchase principal-protected wealth management products. This includes no more than RMB 100 million from its holding subsidiary Nanjing Port Longtan Container Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longtan Company") and no more than RMB 50 million from its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Port Jiangbei Container Terminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangbei Company"). The investment term for each wealth management product shall not exceed 12 months. Within the aforementioned limits and the validity period of the resolution, funds can be used on a rolling basis.
