The profit distribution plan approved by the Board of Directors is as follows: Based on the total share capital on the equity registration date when the Company implements the distribution plan, a cash dividend of 0.50 RMB (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital.
