I, Zhu Xiangjun, as an independent director of Tianqi Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. I previously served as Chief Accountant at Wuxi Sunan Daily-Use Industrial Products (Group) Co., Ltd., Senior Manager at Jiangsu Gongzheng Tianye Certified Public Accountants Firm, Assistant General Manager at Jiangsu Sunshine Group Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller at Jiangsu Xintong Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Financial Controller at Wuxi Fuqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director for Wuxi Xuelang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Wuxi Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., Yinbang Metal Composite Materials Co., Ltd., ENN Energy Holdings Limited, Wuxi Liyuan Supercharger Technology Co., Ltd., and Ucolor Environmental Resource Technology Co., Ltd.
