I. Sponsor Representatives Responsible for Recommendation
Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting and Sponsorship Co., Ltd., as the sponsor for Xinjiang Lixin New Energy Co., Ltd.'s private placement of shares and listing on the main board, has appointed Cheng Zhuliang and Wang Liang as the primary sponsor representatives.
Cheng Zhuliang, Senior Vice President of Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting and Sponsorship, is a sponsor representative with qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Asset Appraiser, and holds a Master's degree. He has been engaged in investment banking since 2015. His project experience includes IPO projects for Lixin New Energy (001258.SZ) and Baodi Mining (601121.SH). In the past three years, he has not been subject to regulatory measures by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, public reprimands by the stock exchange, or disciplinary actions by the Securities Association of China. Currently, he has no ongoing projects under review.
Wang Liang, Executive Director of Shenwan Hongyuan Underwriting and Sponsorship, is a sponsor representative with a Master's degree. He has been engaged in investment banking since 2011. His project experience includes IPO projects for Lixin New Energy (001258.SZ) and Baodi Mining (601121.SH), and Maiquer (002719.SZ); non-public offering projects for Taiji Group (600129.SH), China Railway Assembly (300374.SZ), Zhongtai Chemical (002092.SZ), and Maiquer (002719.SZ). In the past three years, he has not been subject to regulatory measures by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, public reprimands by the stock exchange, or disciplinary actions by the Securities Association of China. Currently, he has no ongoing projects under review.
