Annual Audit Firm Performance Evaluation Report for 2025 Guilin Tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has engaged Zhongshun Zhonghuan Accounting Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshun Zhonghuan") as the Company's financial report audit institution and internal control audit institution for the year 2025. According to the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4), as well as the "Selection System for Accounting Firms of Guilin Tourism Co., Ltd.", the Company's Board of Directors Audit Committee has evaluated Zhongshun Zhonghuan's performance for the year 2025. I. Qualification Conditions
Zhongshun Zhonghuan was founded in 1987 and is one of the first large accounting firms in the country to obtain national approval for engaging in securities and futures-related business qualifications and financial business audit qualifications. According to the list of accounting firms engaged in securities services published by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the firm is qualified as an audit institution for the issuance of shares and bonds by joint-stock companies. In November 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership according to the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and other relevant authorities. Zhongshun Zhonghuan is registered at 17-18th Floor, Yangtze River Industry Building, No. 166 Zhongbei Road, Fruit Lake Street, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. The chief partner is Mr. Shi Wenxian.
