The Board of Directors of Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd.:
We have audited the financial statements of Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuliangye Co., Ltd."), which comprise the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements for the year 2025, the consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, the consolidated and parent company statements of changes in owners' equity, and the notes to the financial statements. We issued an unqualified audit opinion on April 28, 2026.
In accordance with the "Supervision Guidelines No. 8 for Listed Companies—Supervision Requirements for Capital Transactions and External Guarantees" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and relevant regulations of the stock exchanges, Wuliangye Co., Ltd. has prepared the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related party capital transactions for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table").
The preparation and public disclosure of the Summary Table, and ensuring its truthfulness, legality, and completeness, are the responsibility of the management of Wuliangye Co., Ltd. Our responsibility is to review the information contained in the Summary Table against the audited financial statements. Upon review, we believe that the Summary Table of Wuliangye Co., Ltd. is consistent with the audited financial statements in all material respects. In addition to the review, we have not performed any additional audit or other work on the information contained in the Summary Table.
To better understand the situation of fund occupation by controlling shareholders and other related parties of Wuliangye Co., Ltd. in 2025, the Summary Table should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements.
