Report Introduction
This report is the first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report (ESG Report / Sustainability Report) released by Easyhome New Retail Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Easyhome"). It aims to comprehensively and objectively demonstrate the practices and achievements of Easyhome and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries, and some joint ventures in environmental, social, and governance aspects in 2025. As a company with significant influence in the home retail industry, the company is committed to achieving harmonious coexistence between economy, society, and the environment, and promoting sustainable development. The release of this first ESG report marks an important step in the company's sustainability management and reflects the company's commitment to transparent communication with stakeholders.
Report Scope and Boundaries
This report covers the activities of Easyhome New Retail Group Corporation Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries, and some joint ventures from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Reporting Period"). Among them, the reporting scope of economic and governance key performance indicators is consistent with the consolidated financial statements of the "Easyhome New Retail Group Corporation Limited 2025 Annual Report". The reporting scope of environmental and social key performance indicators includes the operating premises of the company and its subsidiaries under its operational control, but excludes franchise stores. For details, please refer to the "Summary of Key Performance Indicators" section. To ensure the comparability and completeness of the report content, the company's policies, supervision, and empowerment cover franchise stores, and some content and cases involve franchise stores, and may trace back to activities in previous years or contain forward-looking descriptions.
Preparation Standards
This report is prepared with reference to the "Guidelines for Self-Regulation of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 17 — Sustainable Development Report (Trial)" issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the "Sustainability Reporting Standards" (GRI Standards) of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and benchmarks against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) to ensure the comprehensiveness, standardization, and comparability of the report content. The report covers key performance and practical cases of the company in environmental protection, social responsibility fulfillment, and corporate governance, striving to provide detailed and accurate information for stakeholders.

Report information and data are derived from the company's internal relevant documents, original ledgers, and statistical reports, as well as the summary and statistics of reports from affiliated enterprises. The Board of Directors of the company is responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the content of this report.
