Article 1
To standardize the temporary suspension and exemption management system for information disclosure at Guangdong Longyu Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and other relevant personnel, this system is formulated based on laws and regulations such as the "People's Republic of China Securities Law," "Interim Measures for Information Disclosure by Listed Companies," and other relevant legal provisions, combined with practical circumstances.
Article 2
The Company and other personnel involved in information disclosure shall, when reporting to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, comply with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 3
The Company and other personnel involved in information disclosure must ensure the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of disclosed information, and shall not improperly use temporary suspension or exemption from information disclosure to mislead investors or evade responsibilities.
Article 4
The Company and other personnel involved in information disclosure should define the scope of temporary suspension and exemption from information disclosure, and implement it in accordance with the core principles.
Article 5
The Company and other personnel involved in information disclosure must provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate the necessity of temporary suspension or exemption from information disclosure, and the management requirements (hereinafter referred to as "national secrets") shall be followed.
