The business scope of the Company covers equity investment, securities investment consulting and management, enterprise management and consulting service. The Company carries out securities business mainly through controlling subsidiary Zhongshan Securities and participating subsidiary Dongguan Securities. The business scope of Zhongshan Securities and Dongguan Securities contains: securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, financial advisory services related to securities trading and securities investment activities, securities underwriting and sponsorship, securities proprietary business, securities asset management, distribution of securities investment funds, provision of brokerage for the futures companies, distribution of financial products, margin financing and securities lending and other businesses approved by the CSRC. Up until the end of the reporting period(December 31, 2024), Zhongshan Securities own up 24 branch offices and 33 sale offices, Dongguan Securities set up 32 branch offices and 71 sale offices. In 2023 and 2024, the company achieved total revenue of RMB 191.98 million and 662.65 million respectively. And it reached net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of RMB -384.09 million and -89.23 million respectively. In 2024, the controlled subsidiary Zhongshan Securities achieved a revenue of RMB 811.29 million and a net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of RMB 153.10 million; the participating subsidiary Dongguan Securities reached a revenue of RMB 2.75 billion and a net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of RMB 923.44 million.
