On May 26, 2026, the Company held the first joint meeting of the seventh session of employee representatives, electing Mr. Ma Jingbo (resume attached) as the employee representative director for the twelfth board of directors of the Company. He will serve alongside the non-employee representative directors elected at the Company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026, with a term from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029. After Mr. Ma's election as the employee representative director, the total number of directors who are senior management and employee representatives on the twelfth board does not exceed half of the total number of directors, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
