GONGXIN DAMO GROUP CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has received notices from its controlling shareholder, Beijing Zhonghe Nongxin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghe Nongxin"), and its concerted parties, Xinhe Commerce and Trade Chain Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhe Group") and Henan Xinhe Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Xinhe"). The Hainan Provincial No. 1 Intermediate People's Court will publicly auction (first auction) on the JD.com Hainan Provincial No. 1 Intermediate People's Court judicial auction platform from 10:00 on September 7, 2026, to 10:00 on September 8, 2026 (excluding any extensions).
