Board Statement
The Company strictly follows the requirements of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange "Guidelines for Self-Regulation of Listed Companies No. 17 — Sustainability Reporting (Trial)," continuously strengthens the Board of Directors' supervision and participation in the Company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) related affairs, and earnestly fulfills its sustainable development responsibilities.
The Board of Directors deeply recognizes that integrating ESG matters into business strategy is crucial to the Company's long-term development. As the highest decision-making body for the Company's ESG affairs, the Board of Directors bears ultimate responsibility for ESG matters, is responsible for approving the Company's sustainable development strategies and goals, reviewing the suitability of ESG management methods and strategies, and supervising the entire process of identifying, assessing, and managing ESG risks that have a significant impact on the Company's business.
The Company is orderly advancing the construction of its ESG management system, continuously improving its ESG management capabilities and performance levels, and gradually integrating ESG concepts into daily operation and management.
The Board of Directors will conduct regular reviews and assessments of the Company's sustainable development work according to work plans and the importance of relevant issues. This report provides a detailed disclosure of the progress and effectiveness of the Company's 2025 ESG work, and has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors for release.
