CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Independent Financial Advisor") acted as the independent financial advisor for AVIC Chengfei Co., Ltd. (formerly known as AVIC Electric Measurement Instrument Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Listed Company" or "Company") regarding the issuance of shares to purchase assets and related transactions (hereinafter referred to as "This Transaction").
