We have reviewed the attached 2026 Profit Forecast Report prepared by Suzhou Bettery Polymer Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bettery"). Our review was conducted in accordance with the "Standard for Other Assurance Engagements of Certified Public Accountants of China No. 3111 — Review of Prospective Financial Information." The management of Bettery is responsible for this profit forecast and the underlying assumptions. These assumptions are disclosed in Section II, Basic Assumptions of the Profit Forecast, of the Profit Forecast Report.
Based on our review of the evidence supporting these assumptions, we have not become aware of any matters that would lead us to believe that these assumptions do not provide a reasonable basis for the profit forecast. Furthermore, in our opinion, the profit forecast has been properly prepared on the basis of these assumptions and presented in accordance with the provisions regarding the basis of preparation and preparation assumptions of the profit forecast attached hereto.
