(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its first session of the board of directors on April 28, 2026, and the first session of the board of supervisors on the same day. The board approved the proposal regarding the establishment of special settlement accounts for temporarily idle raised funds (including over-raised funds) for cash management. The maximum amount for the cash management products shall not exceed 12,000,000 yuan (the "Cash Management Products").

The cash management products are not to exceed 12,000,000 yuan. This includes the principal and interest of the cash management products. The expected return rate and the specific management methods will be determined within the effective period of the cash management products approved in 2025 (by May 19, 2026).
