On April 21, 2026, the Company held the third meeting of the second board of directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal on the renewal of the audit institution for the year 2026, agreeing to appoint Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjian") as the audit institution for the Company for the year 2026. This proposal is subject to the approval of the shareholders' meeting.
