- Name of the proposed accounting firm: ShineWing Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as "ShineWing");
- The Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Suzhou Huichuan United Power System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") have no objection to the re-appointment of the accounting firm. This matter still needs to be submitted for review by the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting;
- The re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The Company held the 16th meeting of the First Board of Directors on April 24, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing ShineWing Certified Public Accountants LLP as the Company's 2026 Audit Institution." The Company proposes to re-appoint ShineWing as the Company's 2026 audit institution. This matter still needs to be approved by the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. The details are as follows:
