Based on the special legal services agreement signed between the issuer and our firm, our firm has been appointed as the special legal advisor for the issuer's initial public offering and listing on the ChiNext market. In accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offerings of Stocks," "Stock Listing Rules," "Regulatory Rules Application Guidelines - Legal Category No. 2: Practice Rules for Law Firms Engaging in Initial Public Offerings and Listings," "Administrative Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business (2023)," "Practice Rules for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business (Trial)," and other relevant laws, regulations, and regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the lawyers handling this matter, in accordance with the generally accepted business standards, ethical norms, and diligence requirements of Chinese lawyers, hereby issue this "Legal Opinion" for the issuer's initial public offering and listing.

The lawyers handling this matter express their legal opinion in accordance with the "Regulatory Rules Application Guidelines - Legal Category No. 2: Practice Rules for Law Firms Engaging in Initial Public Offerings and Listings" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the "Administrative Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business (2023)," and the facts that have occurred or existed before the issuance date of this "Legal Opinion," as well as the current laws, regulations, normative documents, and relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Our firm and the lawyers handling this matter agree that the issuer may quote or use all or part of this "Legal Opinion" and the "Lawyer's Work Report" in the "Prospectus" as required by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for review. However, such quotation shall not cause any ambiguity or misinterpretation of the legal meaning. Our firm and the lawyers handling this matter reserve the right to review and confirm the relevant content of the issuer's "Prospectus" again.

During the work process, our firm has obtained the following assurances from the issuer: copies of documents provided are consistent with the originals, and duplicates are consistent with the originals; all seals and signatures in the documents are true and valid; the documents provided and related statements are true, accurate, complete, and free from omission, and do not contain any misleading information; all facts that could affect the issuance of this "Legal Opinion" and the "Lawyer's Work Report" have been fully disclosed to our firm without any concealment or omission.

For facts that are crucial to this "Legal Opinion" and the "Lawyer's Work Report" but cannot be independently verified, the lawyers handling this matter rely on the certification documents issued by relevant government authorities, the issuer and its related parties, or other institutions as the basis for preparing this "Legal Opinion."
