I, Li Zhihong, with a master's degree and a doctorate in Industrial Management Engineering and Management Science and Engineering, have served as an independent director of Southern Power Grid Digital Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") since October 2023. I have held various academic positions at South China University of Technology since July 1998. During the reporting period, my role complies with the independence requirements set forth in the "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for the Operation of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange".
