I. Review of the Plan
On March 27, 2026, the Company held its third (temporary) Board meeting of 2026 to review the proposals regarding the compensation plan for directors and senior management for 2026. The proposal on the compensation (allowance) plan for directors requires submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval. Both proposals have been reviewed by the Company's Board of Directors' Compensation and Assessment Committee.
