2025 Company Production and Operational Reform Developments
In 2025, the Board of Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Southern Grid Digital") deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party and the subsequent plenary sessions. The board adhered to the goal of accelerating the construction of a world-class leading enterprise, fully implementing major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, and effectively supporting the Company in becoming a flagship listed enterprise in the digital grid field.
(1) Operating Performance
The Company continued to promote cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. During the reporting period, the cumulative operating revenue reached 7.217 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.52%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 630 million yuan, up 10.43% year-on-year, while the net profit attributable to shareholders after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 615 million yuan, an increase of 9.55%.
(2) Reform and Development
The Company continued to promote the integration of technology and industry, solidifying core technological advantages. The digital grid business developed a full-stack product covering "cloud-network-edge-end-core" and overall solutions for new power systems. The world's first ±800 kV ultra-high voltage direct current quantum current sensor was officially put into operation at the Kunliulong DC project. The "Jimu" series intelligent sensors were promoted with over 110,000 units sold throughout the year, and the advanced version of the Electric Hong V3.0 was released, linking over 500 industry partners in the Electric Hong ecosystem.
The enterprise digitalization business focuses on deeply serving the digital transformation of large enterprises, providing customized solutions for management digitalization, and building a fully controllable core capability for operational management, helping large enterprises enhance operational capabilities and achieve high-quality development. The digital infrastructure business, driven by data innovation and based on computing power facilities, provides underlying technical support for grid digitalization and enterprise digitalization. The multi-cloud management platform has integrated service capabilities, and the trusted data space was selected as a pilot for innovative development by the National Data Bureau in 2025. The construction of data centers is progressing in an orderly manner, with significant growth in general computing and intelligent computing leasing services, and the electric-carbon collaborative operation system has been launched.
The Company has intensified technological research in areas such as quantum sensing, IoT operating systems, and power AI platforms. The "Dawatt" AI innovation platform has recorded over 10 billion component calls, achieving breakthroughs in several original technologies. The qualification certification system has been improved, and service assurance capabilities have been strengthened. The Company's subsidiaries hold the highest level CMMI5 certification in the software field and have obtained certifications in information system construction and service (CS4) and business continuity management system (ISO 22301). In the field of information security services, the Company has acquired four first-level service qualifications, including secure operation and maintenance, secure development, emergency handling, and secure integration, along with over 60 professional qualifications such as ITSS information technology service operation and maintenance standard certification.
