I. Basic Situation of Raised Funds
(1) Actual Amount of Raised Funds and Time of Receipt
With the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) under document [2025]2295 regarding the registration of the initial public offering of shares, the Company publicly issued 47,694,753.34 shares of ordinary shares (A shares) at a price of RMB 5.69 per share, raising a total of RMB 271,383.15 million. After deducting the underwriting fees (including tax) of RMB 4,765.39 million, the remaining RMB 266,617.76 million was transferred to the Company's raised funds supervision account by the lead underwriter, China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. on November 13, 2025. After deducting the issuance costs (excluding VAT) of RMB 7,541.73 million, the net amount of raised funds is RMB 263,841.41 million. The above-mentioned situation of raised funds has been verified by Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), which issued a "Verification Report" (Lixin Report [2025] No. ZM20306). After the establishment of the raised funds account, the Company and its subsidiaries signed a tripartite supervision agreement for the raised funds with the sponsor and the commercial bank holding the raised funds, and managed the raised funds in a dedicated account after the funds were received.
