I. Contract Signing Situation
Wuhan Port & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed on June 25, 2026, the "Announcement on Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Receiving Bid Winning Notice" (Announcement No.: 2026-033). The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhan Port Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Port Intelligent"), received a bid winning notice from Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd., confirming Port Intelligent as the winning bidder for the Guangzhou Port Coal and Ore Handling Intelligent Project, with a total bid winning amount of RMB 69,168,000.00.
Recently, Port Intelligent signed the "Guangzhou Port Coal and Ore Handling Intelligent Project (Xinsha Company) Contract" with Guangzhou Port Xinsha Port Services Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. The contract amount is RMB 34,410,000.00 (including tax). It also signed the "Guangzhou Port Coal and Ore Handling Intelligent Project (New Port Section) Contract" with Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. New Port Port Services Branch, with a contract amount of RMB 34,758,000.00 (including tax). The aforementioned contracts (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracts") were tendered by Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. as a package, and were signed separately by its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Guangzhou Port Xinsha Port Services Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. New Port Port Services Branch, with Port Intelligent. The total contract amount is RMB 69,168,000.00, which is consistent with
