Announcement on Re-appointment of Accounting Firm

Shenzhen Qiangda Circuit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the fifteenth meeting of the second Board of Directors and the eighth meeting of the second Supervisory Board on April 9, 2026. The proposal on "Re-appointment of Accounting Firm" was deliberated and approved, agreeing to re-appoint Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghui CPAs") as the Company's audit institution for 2026. The term of appointment is one year, and this proposal will be submitted to the Company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
Concurrently, due to internal work adjustments at Zhonghui CPAs, the original audit service team for the Company, which included Li Na (Engagement Partner and Signing Certified Public Accountant), Hou Mingli (Signing Certified Public Accountant), and Chen Xiaohua (Quality Control Reviewer), has been adjusted. The new team will consist of Li Mian (Engagement Partner and Signing Certified Public Accountant), Liang Jiarong (Signing Certified Public Accountant), and Ge Peng (Quality Control Reviewer). Upon approval of the "Proposal on Re-appointment of Accounting Firm" by the shareholders' meeting, Zhonghui CPAs will appoint Li Mian and Liang Jiarong as the signing certified public accountants for the Company's subsequent annual audit projects (their information is provided below).
The re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
