- Eligible attendees:
- (1) Shareholders or their agents holding shares as of the record date: All ordinary shareholders registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited by the close of trading on May 13, 2026, have the right to attend the meeting and may appoint an agent to attend and vote on their behalf (the proxy authorization form is attached). The agent does not need to be a shareholder of the company.
