Shenzhen Bozhijie Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") completed its business change registration on April 17, 2026, and will hold its second board meeting on May 11, 2026. The 2025 annual general meeting approved the proposal regarding the change of registration. The registered capital increased to 8,899.00 million yuan, with the number of shares totaling 13,259.51 million.
