I, Zheng Muqiang, male, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, born in November 1981, hold a doctoral degree, and am a professor of economics and a master's supervisor. Since July 2011, I have been teaching at Shantou University. I have served as a visiting scholar in industrial economics at Nanyang Technological University, a director at Shenzhen Haiyuan International Logistics Co., Ltd., and an independent director at Guangdong Liantai Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. Since September 2020, I have been an independent director at Shantou Ultrasonic Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. I currently serve as the Dean of the Entrepreneurship College and the Institute of Regional and Overseas Chinese Studies at Shantou University, while also holding independent director positions at Shantou Ultrasonic Electronics Co., Ltd.

During the reporting period, I did not hold any position other than that of an independent director at Shantou Ultrasonic Instrument Research Institute Co., Ltd. I have no direct or indirect interests with the company or its major shareholders that could affect my independent judgment. I have conducted a self-assessment of my independence and confirmed compliance with regulatory requirements for independent directors. The board has evaluated my independence and found no issues that would affect my ability to make independent judgments.
