(1) Personal Information
I, Zhang Jianqi, born in 1960, hold Chinese nationality and do not have permanent residency abroad. I have a Ph.D. in Electronic Science and Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University and hold a professorship. Since July 1982, I have served as a lecturer, associate professor, and professor at Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology. Since November 2022, I have been an independent director at Micro Sensor Co., Ltd. and served as an independent director of the company from March 2019 to June 2025.
(2) Independence Statement
As an independent director, I have not held any position other than that of independent director in the company or its major shareholders. There are no relationships that hinder my ability to make independent and objective judgments, and I meet the independence requirements outlined in the "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange."
