(hereinafter referred to as "Zhenyuan Jiyue"), and Beijing Guoxu Hongye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoxu Hongye") for the year 2026 will not exceed RMB 188 million. The actual amount of daily related transactions with related parties for 2025 was RMB 129.52 million. The Company held the 14th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the estimated daily related transactions for 2026 and the confirmation of daily related transactions for 2025. The voting results were 4 votes in favor, 0 votes against, 0 abstentions, and 3 abstentions from related directors Mr. Yuan Shengchun, Mr. Zong Jingguo, and Mr. Chen Weiguo. Prior to the board meeting, this matter was reviewed and approved by the 3rd Board of Directors' 3rd Independent Directors' Special Meeting and the 8th Audit Committee Meeting.
