I. Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer
Zhejiang Lanyu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a written resignation report from Mr. Tu Ning, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Tu Ning applied to resign as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. The term of office was from October 8, 2024, to October 7, 2027. After resignation, Mr. Tu Ning will continue to serve as the Company's Director, Deputy General Manager, and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
According to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "GEM Listing Rules") and other relevant regulations, Mr. Tu Ning's resignation will take effect after the board of directors approves it.
